I think a graceful old Italian Palazzo has a wonderful spooky beauty. So if you live in NYC and really want to live in one consider this property.. all the charm of an aging ancient home without all that pesky ancient dust and crumbling stone, since this was built to look crumbly..and pink.. last year :)
