Precious Pug Pushes Poppets in Portland

Why does this almost make me want to cry? It's just so cute, look how she lets her toy babies get some splash on.. So sweet. Go for a walk right now... smile a lot about tiny cute things. You have plenty of time to grump about whatever it is you are grumping about when you get back :)

"Jenny the Pug pushes her Nintendog Pug dollies around Portland, Oregon. She leaves from our home, goes under the St Johns Bridge, visits Waterfront Park, Downtown Portland, Union Station, Pittock Mansion, Rose Gardens, the Grotto, and returns back home."

New Born Baby Deer Rescue

I am so thankful for people like this in the world.

"Late in the evening a friend knocked on our door with a new born baby deer in her arms, not more than an hour old..."

I hope he does go back to see them one day.

Aww hope all you babies are doing well in your new home! :)
Have a wonderful Wednesday!

"My friend called a local vet (who's a friend of her's) for advice and filled a large lidded container with warm water and snuggled the 3 babies into place above it which helped to warm them up. By the time the vet called in to collect them they were looking a lot less ill and were showing signs of life - they've now been re-homed at a local Hedgehog sanctuary/rescue centre."

Baby Pangolin, Rescued, Revived, Refreshed

And re-homed! The mean streets of Bangkok are no place for a baby, thank you to the people who brought this spooky sweetie in to safety and care.

From the BBC
"A Thai zoo official feeds a baby pangolin on Tuesday at the Dusit Zoo in Bangkok, Thailand. The animal was handed over to the zoo when villagers found it abandoned on a road on the outskirts of Bangkok." (AP photo / June 9, 2009)

The New Bridge Chicks!

These babies have the best views in NY! Welcome to the world little fluffy Falcons! The photos are all by MTA workers.

They’re Bridge Chicks, and 5 Join the Falcon Flock
"M.T.A. Bridges and Tunnels has taken steps to accommodate the birds. At the Throgs Neck, the peregrine nesting box was moved from the 360-foot Queens tower to the Bronx tower during a 2007 painting project. “We have a good relationship with the falcons because we’re like absentee landlords,” said Ray Higgins, the maintenance superintendent at the bridge, said in a statement. “We set them up with a nice place to live and then try not to bother them.”

William McCann, a maintenance superintendent whom M.T.A. Bridges and Tunnels called “the keeper of the nest at the Verrazano,” said in a statement, “The falcons have been on this bridge longer than I have, and I’ve been here 28 years.”
