So cute, must have been fun to be the judges but it must have been hard to decide the waggiest tails.. was it speed, wags per second? Shape of wave and sweep of tail? :)

FULLERTON Chihuahuas, dachshunds and Dobermans were among dozens of breeds wagging their way toward the Downtown Plaza stage Thursday night for the seventh annual Dog Days of Summer talent competition.
In 88-degree weather, owners prompted their 88 panting pooches to perform in a flurry of categories.
Sugar Ray, a boxer owned by Karen and Mike MacDonald, trotted off with two third-place medals in the Best Kisser and Waggiest Tail divisions.
Maria Xanthos entered her cairn terrier – a Scottish breed.
"Hobson has to be the Fastest Eater," said Xanthos, watching her pet swallow fruit without chewing.
Bob Schoonmacker tenderly cuddled his 16-year-old Chihuahua, Toofie, who might not have received a medal – but that's OK.
"This is a rescue dog that was abused," Schoonmacker said. "Look, she's bow-legged with one tooth, a half jaw and a crooked nose."
Nadene Bodnar watched her Diggy and Nellie pick up second prize for a duet. Delda, a wire-haired dachshund, convinced judges that she deserved first place for the Waggiest Tail in the West – west of Pomona Avenue, that is.
